Ausgangslage
A ‹100kJ rockfall risk was identified at the University of Wellington's Coastal Ecology Lab. The protection method was shipping containers and exclusion zones.
Massnahme
A rockfall protection barrier was installed along the western side of the property. The Eastern half of the rockface is protected wit 2'100 m² of netting, fixed with P33/40 spike plates.
