Rockfall CANOPY

CANOPY System: The self-cleaning rockfall barrier

The CANOPY system protects infrastructure against rockfall on steep rock faces in mountain regions. As an alternative or as an extension of concrete galleries or tunnels, these CANOPY systems are the way to save time and costs while offering high amount of protection. Since only little space is required for installation, transport routes can remain open.

Self-cleaning effect

Redirects rocks into a safe zone. The system is thereby extremely low-maintenance.

Economical

Easy to install and therefore cheaper than any system made of concrete.

Multiple impacts

The flexibility of the system ensures safety even after several impacts.

Flexible application

Can be used as single- or multiple-field system thanks to the modular design. Special solutions are also possible, e.g. for higher energies or individual topographies.
