Initial situation
Differing levels of severe erosion of layers of marl and clay led to the formation of unstable layers of sand.
Description
The contractor installed a DELTAX® G80/2 mesh drape to steer the smaller blocks down to the base of the cliff. The contractor installed a GREENAX® erosion control mat just underneath the TECCO® G65/3. The system was anchored with 32 mm nails spaced in a grid pattern of 5 m x 2.5 m.
