Initial situation

The west slope of the Nonguén Canal was unstable, as evidenced by numerous cracks in the concrete. This instability was a danger to the homes adjacent to the canal.

Description

In order to stabilize the slope TECCO® system was installed in all the sectors of the canal that showed fissures, cracks or settlements. After this installation, a shotcrete layer was placed on top of the stabilization system.
