Initial situation
Leonardo Helicopter Division sought a solution to protect employees and surrounding facilities during testing of their aircrafts.
Description
To minimize the risk from debris in the event of a possible test failure, a protective structure was erected. The primary structure of supports and steel cables is roofed with two layers of TECCO G65/4 mesh. The total net area is 2'500 square meters.
