Initial situation
Rockfalls endangered the roads around Fierza hydroelectric power station.
Description
Rockfall protection with TXI-010 barriers (system with no retaining ropes) and RXI-100 barriers.
As seen in the photos, parts of the project were installed by helicopter, clearly demonstrating how lightweight Geobrugg's systems are.
