Initial situation
A massive debris flow had closed the road which is one of the main access routes to Yellowstone National Park.
Description
Three separate sections of modified RXI barriers were installed to mitigate the debris flow hazard. Three system sizes:
40 linear meters at 7.5 meters high
40 meters at 6 meters high
25 meters at 4.5 metesr high.
