The CONSIS expert course is aimed at experts in the field of natural hazards, such as engineers and geologists, consultants, infrastructure operators and owners as well as contractors. In this webinar we give detailed information about the contents and procedures of the CONSIS expert course. After successfully participating in the CONSIS the attendees will have the knowledge to assess the fitness state of flexible protection systems against natural hazards. This requires a basic knowledge of the function of the individual components of such systems as well as their interaction with each other as an overall system.
The CONSIS expert course consists of theoretical and practical modules. It takes place at our natural hazard test facility in Walenstadt, Switzerland. Additionally, follow-up webinars for further training are offered at regular intervals for the participants of the CONSIS.
