With climate change driving more frequent floods and rockfalls across Slovenia, even “smaller” hazard potentials are now being taken seriously by local authorities. The private vineyard area was considered a high-risk zone since there is a source of potential rockfall on top of the slope that could threaten the lives of people who work in the vineyard throughout the year and the production of local wines.
