Situation
During road construction works in Krinitsa village (Gelendzhik, Krasnodarskiy Kray), it became necessary to prevent rockfalls from a bank above the road. The solution should be reliable and invisible on the same time: QUAROX®mesh combined with 6 m ground anchors of 40 mm diameter, installed in a 2x2 m pattern.

Description
The works were carried out by ICS (LLC) in November 2019. A team of eight industrial climbers installed the mesh.
Within four days, more than 1000 m² of the mesh system was installed.
The objective "to obtain a protected slope in its natural state" was achieved with the following installation benefits:
- Lightweight material
- The mesh can be easily adapted to the terrain.
As a result, in a short time, a sustainable slope stabilization was achieved with a lightweight material that does not disturb the natural landscape.
