Situación inicial

Autodromo Internazionale del Mugello, also known as Mugello Circuit, is a motorsport racetrack located in the Italian community Scarperia e San Piero in Mugello, north of Florence. The track has a length of 5.245 km and is owned by Ferrari.

The Italian Motorcycle Grand Prix (MotoGP) is one of Mugello's best known annual motorsport events. Ferrari is also using the circuit as a proving ground for testing the new Ferrari Formula 1 cars.
Due to the Corona-pandemic, the Formula1 announced in June 2020 that Autodromo Internazionale del Mugello would be part of the F1 race calendar. The first Formula1 race in Mugello took place on 13th September.

Descripción

Due to the limited space, the track operator decided to install two types of debris fence panel solutions: concrete barriers and panel sleeves. Today, they protect the service road and the F1 camera operators.

In cooperation with NORDBETON, Geobrugg delivered the material, did the final installation of the concrete barriers, mobile debris fence, and panel sleeves. Flexible (camera) openings provide safety for the media teams at the F1.

The mobile debris fence mDF350-2 complies with the new FIA Standard 3502-2018.
