Initial situation

The typhoon no. 12 that crossed West Japan in September 2011 brought torrential rain to the Gojo Nara area and caused largescale landslides. The collapsed earth and sand flowed into the rising river, and even reached the opposite shore.

Description

For the restoration of the collapsed area, Kumonosu Net using high tensile steel wire mesh TECCO® System was selected taking into account the large number of installation results, reasonable design and price, workability at high place, quick installation and landscape.
