Description

The security mesh was woven from a wire strand made of high-strength steel wire with a diameter of 4 mm, and finished with an edge shape corresponding to the selected tent shape. The eight mesh panels were fastened to flash ropes and intermediate ropes with a specially-developed self- locking fastening system, as well as with adjustable devices on the edge beam. In this way, it was possible to create the two-fold curve in opposite while at the same time, manipulation was prevented. The radial flash ropes and intermediate ropes were adjustably anchored on the tip of the mast, which was subsequently covered completely. This produced the tent-like character of the construction, and made it more difficult to gain access to the roof. All mast openings were subsequently sealed, in order to fulfill the client’s security requirements.
