Ausgangslage

The most notable event at the Mobility Resort Motegi is the Japanese round of MotoGP.

Circuits must fulfill strict FIM safety requirements to host MotoGP events. After the event in 2023, alterations to the circuit installations have been requested to improve the safety of photographers and the broadcast team at Turn 1 and Turn 10.

Massnahme

Geobrugg Motorsport supplied the Debris Fence with a height of 3.5 meters and 6 meters of post spacing. The local contractor was trained, and the installation was supervised to ensure the correct installation of the solution.

The positions of the flexible openings have been determined in collaboration with the circuit and MotoGP representatives. Geobrugg installed all flexible openings.
