The new GBE rockfall protection barriers and catch fences are supplied for impact energies of 100 kJ, 500 kJ, 1000 kJ, 2000 kJ, 3000 kJ, 5000 kJ and 8000 kJ and have been successfully tested and approved under vertical fall conditions according to the guideline ETAG 27.
Mounting: Amazingly quick and simple
The mutually adapted components are quick and simple to install. The high-tensile TECCO® or the SPIDER® spiral rope net can be delivered to the site preassembled to the posts, where they are drawn over the supporting rope like a drape.
GBE barriers satisfy the most stringent requirements of ETAG 027 category A
Our GBE rockfall protection barriers and catch fences have a verified residual useful height corresponding to the highest category A of ETAG 27: After the test at 100% of the nominal energy, we verified a residual useful height of over 50% of the original construction height. The European Technical Approval (ETA) was issued by a recognized licensing authority. This allows the product to carry the CE mark which in a few years will become obligatory in all European countries.
