Slope instabilities: The cost-effective alternative to nailing, shotcrete, gravity walls and deep-anchored constructions

TECCO® is a system for the stabilization of instable slopes. While it fits in oversteep slopes unobtrusively in the natural environment, it is statically and functionally comparable with solid building constructions to rigid alternatives.

Soil or rock nails are often used in conjunction with a flexible facing such as wire rope nets or conventional wire meshes. TECCO® is based on this same functioning principle that is widely accepted and applied. Geobrugg, however, has further developed and optimized the system over the years. Thanks to the fact that the steel wire mesh can be tensioned, the TECCO® mesh is now an economical and functionally superior alternative to wire-rope nets, gravity walls, deep-anchored constructions or shotcrete walls.
